Lauren Flaherty

Lauren has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in American Sign Language and Child Development Psychology and a Master of Education degree from Merrimack College in Early Childhood Education.  She is Director I, II, and Preschool Lead Teacher certified and a Massachusetts State Licensed Early Childhood (preschool – second grade) teacher.  She has worked in early education for the last 10 years in a variety of settings – in private, public, and charter schools and as a nanny.  Lauren will be charged with a bulk of the director and ownership responsibilities – both daily maintenance and general support as well as sharing all head teacher responsibilities with Mrs. Fitzemeyer.
